TERMS OF SERVICE

- All payment must be up front in full for work on a commission to begin
- Once a commission is completed, it is non-refundable
- If a refund is needed and the piece is in progress but not completed, 35% of the commission price is non-refundable. What has been worked on of the piece can also be sent upon request
- If no progress has started on the commission at all and a refund is asked of, it is fully refundable
- Commissioned art may NOT be used for personal profit without discussion beforehand. If a piece is commissioned for personal profit, it must be discussed. My artwork is also NOT for commercial use unless an agreement has been come to about it. I will add an extra charge for commercial use as well.
- I reserve the right to turn down any commission request for any reason
- Commission times may vary. I am a full time Art student at college, and commission times can vary any time between a week and a month, so please be patient with me
